While ensuring the development of Silvery Dragon's own track concrete component industry, it also supplies a complete set of production lines and equipment at domestic and foreign markets.
Precision steel mold is a key equipment to ensure the dimensional and positional accuracy of various parts of concrete prefabricated components such as high-speed rail track slabs, sleepers, tunnel segments, wind power concrete tower segments, and prefabricated building components. Silvery Dragon has established a technical team that integrates research and development, design, production, manufacturing, and installation services. It has built large-scale machining workshops, welding workshops, and assembly workshops, equipped with dozens of high-precision equipment such as CNC laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers, which are used to produce precision molds such as track slabs, sleepers, and pipe segments. The machining accuracy can reach 0.01mm, and has provided thousands of high-precision molds to multiple prefabricated component factories at domestic and foreign markets.
